Process
How Returns Work

Request a Return
Email shreejagdishfabrics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- 02
Ship It Back
We'll email you a prepaid return label. Pack the fabric in its original, unused condition and hand it to our courier.
- 03
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Fabric is unused, unwashed and uncut from its original length
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging and tags (if any) are intact
- Item is not from the Final Sale or Clearance category
Not Eligible
- Fabric that has been cut, washed or altered in any way
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
- Custom or made-to-order fabric pieces

Exchanges
Prefer a different fabric or color? Mention it in your return request and we'll process it as an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bank processing may add a few extra days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received damaged, defective or incorrect fabric, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping cost to you.
